What happened: I need my **** tax return I filed it in the H&R Block office in Pennsylvania. I have to get my kids Social Security numbers off of there. And of course it only goes to ****.

What happened: A tax pro was supposed to be assigned to me to help file my taxes before the tax extension deadline. No one got back to me despite me paying for the tad pro all the way back in April.

There is an error with the date modified on the hr block return .t** file. This cant be fixed unless I get a new copy of hrblock ****. I have the old authorization code and serial number. I need access to a free download source of hr block software so I can attempt to reopone the return with a new piece of software. Also, I need someone to stay on the phone with me while I try this.
