I had to amend my return because I messed up one of the forms, and I was feeling uneasy about the whole thing. H&R Block made it way less of a big deal than I expected. The steps were clear enough, I didn’t have to call anyone, and I got through it faster than I thought I would. I was seriously relieved by the end. I’d definitely use it again

It asked quite a few questions, and a couple of them felt like they were repeating themselves, but it did end up catching some work-related deductions I had completely forgotten about.

Overall, it was simple to follow and didn’t feel too overwhelming. I do wish the pricing had been more upfront before getting close to the end, but it still helped me get a better refund than I was expecting

The guarantee sounded reassuring at first, and I did eventually get reimbursed, but it took much longer than it should have. I had to wait around without much clarity, which was frustrating. I’m glad it was finally resolved, but an apology for the delay would have been appreciated.
